You want to stop your monthly billing or request a refund for your Newly subscription.
Quick answer
Go to newly.app/pricing, select Billing & Invoices (or the Plans tab), and cancel your plan from there. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refund policy
As per our terms we process refunds only if you have used less than 5% of your monthly AI prompts. For example, on the standard plan (50 prompts per month), you are not eligible for a refund if you have used more than 2 prompts.
If that didn’t work
If the billing button does not load or you cannot access the pricing page, reach out to support with your account email and we will process the cancellation manually.
