Pick a bigger plan
In Billing, on the Plans tab, select the plan you want.

Confirm the charge
Select Change plan. Then select Confirm, charge up to $X, where X is the most you’ll be charged now. Select Not now to back out.
Downgrade your plan
Select a smaller plan on the Plans tab, then select Change plan. The change applies from your next renewal, and the current month isn’t affected. You see “Plan changed. It applies from your next renewal; this month is untouched.”Switch between monthly and annual
- Monthly to annual: set Billing cycle to Yearly, select Change plan and confirm the charge. The year is charged now, less credit for the rest of the current month. Your credits still arrive monthly.
- Annual to monthly: you can’t switch in the app. Cancel your annual plan and start a monthly plan after the year ends, or contact support.
Cancel your plan

Open the Subscription section
In Billing, scroll to Subscription.

Select Cancel subscription
A dialog titled “Cancel your plan?” shows the date your plan stays active until.

Confirm
Select Cancel plan. Nothing is charged again. To keep your plan, select Keep my plan instead.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then stops renewing.
- To undo the cancellation before then, select Resume subscription.
- Top-up credits stay usable until they expire, and credits from Newly never expire.
Update your card, billing details and invoices
In Billing, open Payment method & history and select Manage billing. If you don’t have a card on file yet, the button reads Add a card. The payment page lets you:- update your card
- change your billing address, email, name and tax ID
- see your invoices
Plans granted by Newly
If Newly granted your plan, it ends on its own, and you can’t cancel or change it in Billing. To change it, contact support. If you buy a plan, it replaces the granted plan from that day, and any time left on the granted plan is lost. Credits the granted plan already added stay until they expire. A subscription to Newly v1 (legacy) is separate from Newly v2. Billing doesn’t change or cancel it. To cancel a Newly v1 subscription, contact support. If you try it from Billing, you see “This subscription is managed elsewhere. Contact support to cancel it.” Not sure which product you’re using? There’s no refund button in the app.- Check whether the charge is for Newly v1 or Newly v2. They’re billed separately, so you can have a charge from each.
- Contact support with the date and amount of the charge. See Getting help.
